I'm a fan of "Good Enough Diploma" myself, especially as it includes a grammatical error. 
(Although I thought the word "Equivalent" was in the official definition too, maybe in the past?)

Yes, but has that stopped anyone else? I guess my biggest beef with this is that I had a friend in HS that was a National Merit Semi-Finalist along with about 6 or 7 other classmates, but because he was a dark skinned American he got an extra bonus scholarship for being a dark skinned American and doing sooo well. What is right or equal about that?
