About that thing.

I really hope this won't create a tear in the space-time continuum.

That's one hell of an introduction post. However, you fail to answer one important question: just who in the fook are you?

Oh and welcome to the smam club. I'm assuming you were a lurker before and have now decided to join us in our smammy ways. AYB shall tell you who is mighty. Thundar shall give you a four way. Hitscan shall find something amusing to say about you... and thundar. Magus will laugh the evil laugh... for no reason other then he has an evil laugh. And I... I shall just smam.

Welcome, smamurai!

Nice to see a new face around here.

I was never a lurker. It's just that smam or smamurai has been my net name since 2000. I found this site ages ago doing vanity searches on Google and for a freaky few seconds thought I had found a cult based on myself. Yesterday I found you again and thought "Fuck it, I'm posting."

Normally I wouldn't come on as a noob trying to ingratiate myself by using your own in-jokes but seeing as I am smam I feel qualified.

That said I don't know what goes on in here, but having now read some threads I see there are laughs to be had.

Want to read some smamurai comic strips - http://www.stripcreator.com/comics/smamurai or perhaps write your own?

I have to say, I feel like the universe has just changed a little bit. Like it went on an angle or something.

Well, if we assume Smamurai is from the old country, then that doesn't match ms. smam's profile regarding where she is from.

So Smamlock Holmos thinks it rather elementary: smamurai is not an 18 year old chic living in Indiana; unless of course this is the part of the US where the world is only a few thousand years old, the world is flat, we never visited the moon, and Indiana is the old country. Then yeah, might just be possible that ms. smam is smamurai.
I doubt it.

No, I am not the smam from the LJ link. Can you believe the cheek of her? I discovered her about a year ago and left some notes in her guestbook about how my lawyers would be in touch etc.
Now you have linked to her and I am here maybe she will also get drawn in and there will be some sort of convergance, and pie maybe? If we are going to find the mysterious cities of gold I think we need her.
I am a male of the species hailing from Scotland.

Quote:
*The original smam. Old blood smam. The first, the last, the constant. Seek and ye shall find. Float beyond the shores farther than before**. Fly like the bird and see your world for the small island it is. Across the water in any direction is the continent of smam. From without not within. Stop and listen to the wind and you will hear it whispering "smam, smam, smam".

I thought you would have found me before I found you. In truth I found you a long time ago and by then I was already an old man, smamming on other, more ancient forums.

I feel smam belongs to us both.

*The real 1st smam was actually my dog, God rest his lazy soul. Back in the joystick days when pads were making their presence felt more often.

**At least scrape more than the surface of Google.

I just posted that last bit again so I could remove it from my sig.
