hm, that's prompted me to check my own agent.log...
wtf is this:
Code: |
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:0.9.4.1) Gecko/20020508 Netscape6/6.2.3 OmniWeb/4.1.1-v423 |
it seems to be claiming to be mozilla, netscape 6, and omniweb, at the same time!?

maybe its saying that all of them are using the gecko engine, however I never knew omni was even using the gecko engine. Maybe omni is, anyone know if that is true?

omni use their own custom-written rendering engine, not gecko. and that entry is from /one/ browser. so someone out there is using some form of gecko variant with omniweb tacked on to the end of the ua string, although god alone knows /why/ someone would do that... (i mean, i doubt there are many sites trying to sniff omniweb...)

Out of curiosity I looked at my access log and everyone here is using Win2k or higher, except one person (me) who is using linux. Where are the Mac people? |
Browsing with Moz on 2k right now, spending a lot of time on this machine lately, troubleshooting its numerous ailments. Just reinstalling OS X on my Mac, now that I know a bit about it, and don't yet have a decent browser installed. Don't browse under UNIX terribly often, as my Windows box usually has a lot less running in the background, and Windows is the better browsing platform anyway.

Okay, Miss Fleiss is finally transparent, the little stoner Machead.
The buttons at the top should also be transparent. Let me know if it works.
EDIT: Oh, and I added all the avatars in this thread. Some of them are pretty cool! Thanks, riso (and others)

JR,
I realize that we all have a blind spot in our retina an all but it seems as if you've missed my new avatar. Will you please include it?

Socrates, a lot of your avatars really suck (the ones you emailed me)
You have some kind of mammary fixation. I would look into that.
I'll get the rest of them done soon, though, probably tomorrow. I've done the others in this thread already.

Gee, you figured that out now? I made a note of that in OSY 1.0, and to my surprise, even Peter agreed with me. Off course that is not to suggest I ever suspected Peter of having any sort of fixation towards, umm, melons.
I remember Socrates also alluding to something about his mom's breast, being naturally breast fed, and how that makes him desire breasts. I don't see the connection other then, 'Oedipus(sp?) complex', flashing in bright red lights at the back of my mind. I have never heard anyone justify their infatuation with LARGE breasts like that. If he likes them large, so be it, but damn, to bring your mommy into the equation, just sends chills down my spine.

One other thing, with the avatars, it's the size, 100X100 that's the key?
