"Macs are better for graphics"

I actually got into an argument with a remarkably stupid coworker at St. George's Secondary school (she was a Comp. Sci. teacher) She said "Macs are better for graphics" and I asked her to back that up given that graphics software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) were identical on both platforms. She could not come up with a response. "They're just better for graphics," she said.
