You actually don't get that much out with each pumping; you could get about a glass full a day if you were determined.

Isn't there some way to keep the size? Some sort of additive?

I knew a nurse that lost a cup size after children, and she was sorry she hadn't taken something to retain the size, or stopped to process a different way?

Nope. Breasts stay that large when they are producing milk; it's the glands that keep them that size. Once the pumping/nursing stops they dry up and shrink. It sucks.
